Dr Kylie Henderson
Founder & Managing Director of The Better Health Generation comprising of Back2Work, Care Squared, Assessment Squared, Me & Work, Aim2Work UK and Your Health Plus.
Dr Kylie is a clinical psychologist with more than 20 years of experience. She holds a Doctorate of Clinical Psychology, is an Adjunct Research Fellow at the University of Southern Queensland and a member of the Australian Psychological Society Clinical College and the Institute of Company Directors.
Dr Kylie founded Care Squared and The Better Health Generation because she believes everyone, regardless of disability or mental and medical health issues deserve the same opportunities to realise their full potential.
In her spare time, Dr Kylie loves to hang out with her family (including border collie, Harvey), enjoys travelling and plays competitive basketball and softball.

Fred is a registered psychologist with more than a decade of clinical experience. He has postgraduate studies in social health, a Masters in Management and is a member of the Institute of Company Directors. Fred has held senior executive positions in the outsourced human resources and occupational health industries and been recognised for his ability to grow and develop the profitable and forward-focused enterprise.
Fred joined Care Squared and The Better Health Generation because he is an ally and advocate for those who others would seek to marginalise. He passionately believes that economic participation is a valid and valuable psychological intervention that empirically demonstrates that people are better working than when they are not.
Fred is a loving husband and Dad. He has collected comic books since he was a teenager and is a sucker for stories where good triumphs over evil and the most unlikely people overcome adversity. He lives to laugh and doesn’t mind shocking people from time to time.
National Manager NDIS Services
Brooke is an Exercise Physiologist and one of our resident experts in all things NDIS. She has a Bachelor of Health Science, a Post Graduate Diploma in Rehabilitation Counselling, a Certificate IV in Occupational Health and Safety plus a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. She is also a full member of the Australian Society of Rehabilitation Counsellors.
Brooke is a passionate and driven Health Professional with a clear focus on increasing independence and overall health and wellbeing for people. Brooke enjoys the interaction, to work collaboratively, to achieve goals and outcomes with clinical expertise.
Brooke is fun, energetic and seeks the warm weather, near the ocean. When not at work you will find Brooke somewhere close to salt water enjoying life to its fullest.
State Manager, Victoria
Susanne is a psychologist with a Bachelor or Arts, majoring in Psychology and a Graduate Diploma from Deakin University. She has completed the Psychologist Registration Supervision Program with the Australian College of Applied Psychology and is a full member of the Australian Psychological Society.
Susanne’s passion is to work with individuals and help them to overcome challenges that life may have thrown at them so that they can achieve their full potential and live a meaningful life of their choosing.
She has three amazing children that teach her something new most days. Susanne loves to explore new places, preferably outdoors and by the sea, and to spend time socialising with friends and family.
National Operations Manager
Jessica (we call her Jess) has a deep and comprehensive knowledge of allied health services and is a registered Occupational Therapist.
Jess is a firm believer that goal achievement should be accessible for everyone and improved function and independence should be the cornerstone of allied health services. Jess is passionate about coaching and mentoring our team to help our participants to achieve their goals and be as independent as they can be, and combining the highest level of clinical quality with the highest level of customer service to meet the needs of our clients.
When not flying all over the country to make sure our clients get the very best of care, Jess is a confessed “health and tech nerd” and keeps busy playing basketball and chasing her big friendly dogs.
