Dr Kylie Henderson

Founder & Managing Director

Founder and managing director of the parent company comprising of Care Squared, Back2Work, Assessment Squared, Me&Work, Aim2Work UK and Your Health Plus.

Dr Kylie is a clinical psychologist with more than 20 years of experience. She holds a Doctorate of Clinical Psychology, is an adjunct research fellow at the University of Southern Queensland and a member of the Australian Psychological Society Clinical College and the Institute of Company Directors.

Dr Kylie founded Care Squared because she believes everyone, regardless of disability or mental and medical health issues deserve the same opportunities to realise their full potential.

In her spare time, Dr Kylie loves to hang out with her family (including border collie, Harvey), enjoys travelling and plays competitive basketball and softball.

Fred Cicchini

Group CEO

Director and group CEO of the parent company comprising of Back2Work, Care Squared, Assessment Squared, Me&Work, Aim2Work UK and Your Health Plus.

Fred is a registered psychologist with more than a decade of clinical experience. He has postgraduate studies in social health, a Masters in Business, postgraduate studies in Psychology and is a member of the Institute of Company Directors. Fred has held senior executive positions in the outsourced human resources and occupational health industries and has been recognised for his ability to grow and develop the profitable and forward-focused enterprise.

Fred joined Care Squared because he is an ally and advocate for those who others would seek to marginalise. He passionately believes that economic participation is a valid and valuable psychological intervention that empirically demonstrates that people are better working than when they are not.

Fred is a loving husband and dad. He has collected comic books since he was a teenager and is a sucker for stories where good triumphs over evil and the most unlikely people overcome adversity. He lives to laugh and doesn’t mind shocking people from time to time.

Amanda Lacey

Chief Executive Officer

As an occupational therapist for over 20 years, Amanda has extensive experience across the hospital, community, workplace rehabilitation and NDIS sectors. A skilled practicing clinician and industry leader, she places enormous value on both implementation and strategic approach, to deliver the highest quality allied health services.

Having obtained a Bachelor Occupational Therapy from the University of Queensland, and a Graduate Certificate Soft Tissue Injury Management, Amanda worked collaboratively with customers and clients on health promotion, injury prevention, injury management and safety, and return to work strategies. Graduating into leadership roles in the private sector, she was appointed senior health advisor and health and safety superintendent, before moving into the NDIS sector in 2019.

Now, CEO of Care Squared, leading a national team of allied health professionals in providing quality, community-based services to people with a significant or permanent condition, Amanda has grown the team from 20 allied health clinicians nationally to more than 150 in less than two years.

Committed to the delivery of a goal oriented, personalised service, beginning with highly specialised, holistic assessments, Amanda is a vocal advocate for OT, and its critical role in maintaining and regaining independent function.

Brooke Bofinger

CEO Care Squared Connect

Brooke is an exercise physiologist and a fully registered rehabilitation counsellor through ASORC with a strong background and knowledge of the occupational rehabilitation, NDIS and aged care industry. Since Brooke obtained her professional qualifications in 2002 she has held clinical and leadership positions within multiple industries including occupational rehabilitation, work health and safety, hospital and medical, aged care and NDIS industry.

The success of Care Squared is underpinned by Brooke’s extensive knowledge of the NDIS framework and governance. Through her expertise Brooke continues to seek out new ways to achieve and continually refine and innovate our service delivery model and customer journey.

As a CEO, Brooke has ensured the vision for Care Squared Connect is clear – our programs lead the industry by being fresh, interactive, engaging, results-driven, and socially responsible. By organically growing our programs and reach, Brooke has maintained product integrity, and cemented our position in the market as a leader in delivering group therapy programs and tailored experiences.

Brooke is a passionate and driven health professional with a clear focus on challenging perceptions and increasing independence and function for overall health and wellbeing for people of all ages. Brooke has managed and led teams of healthcare professionals since 2006 and continues to thrive on the success of her team and her brands through the collaborative, quality and outcome focussed provision of services to achieve goals for our participants and clients. Brooke challenges benchmarks and trends, thrives on innovation and advocates for positive change that can make a difference.
