About the Program.

Surrounded by like-minded peers, the Program commences with coordinated, structured learning opportunities including a mix of classroom setting, virtual, self-directed learning and clinical shadowing opportunities.

We want you to become a confident and skilled allied health professional. To support this, learnings are not ‘just’ discipline specific – you’ll also hone personal skills (such as reflective practice, communication, time management and wellbeing management) to develop a holistic skillset that complements high-quality service delivery.

Be mentored by our highly-experienced clinical team, and establish self-confidence and knowledge. You’ll experience formal supports that include 1:1 support from your line manager, regular clinical supervision sessions and a mentor for the more informal elements.

Through the program, you will build your caseload, enjoying a steady increase in client case allocations. Here, you can apply your learnings in practice settings, as you allow for your confidence and skillset to consolidate. At the end of the 12-months, you’ll transition into an independent, clinical role where you will continue to receive ongoing, dedicated professional development and facilitation of continued study.

Diversity, Inclusion and Development.

We dedicated to fostering a collaborative community for graduate students, as well as enhancing academic development – we invest purposefully in professional and personal development and offer unrivalled career pathways.

We know that allied health interventions are best applied when they are inclusive, and that our team’s diversity makes us stronger. We foster a vibrant culture that celebrates diversity in thinking and variety in perspective.

We are an equal opportunities employer, hiring solely on merit and business-need. We encourage applications regardless of sex, gender identity, ethnicity, age, sexual orientation, religion or belief, marital and civil status, parenthood and disability.
