Our experienced team of work-readiness clinicians work with you 1:1 to explore your interests, talents, and goals to develop and implement your unique plan, setting you up for success in your chosen career.

We’re proud to offer Plan Tracker’s participants priority access to our SLES/ Finding and Keeping a Job services, beginning with your complementary Initial Consultation and Transferrable Skills Analysis (2 hours of services). Through these sessions we’ll work with you to identify your current skills and accelerate your progress towards securing a volunteer work trial or employment opportunity.
