• Coordinated Care

Coordinated Care is a personal development program for support workers and support coordinators of NDIS participants.

This program is a perfect first step on a journey of sustained self care and career enhancement for support workers and support coordinators.

Support work and co-ordination are neither new nor novel but the NDIS has created a platform for sole traders and small teams who often lack the opportunity for effective psychological supervision and debriefing.

Designed and facilitated by psychologists, the program is a mix of group-based psychoeducation and reflective process derived from best practice helping professional supervision models. Given the unique demands of the industry, the program is as effective for sole traders, members of small teams and those working in larger organisations who seek connection, insight and career stability.

This program is a perfect first step on a journey of sustained self-care and career enhancement or an ideal accompaniment for those already in peer supervision programs. Eligible participants will pay a small term-based fee to cover program costs and materials.
