• Stepping Onwards

Stepping Onwards is a program designed to help NDIS participants develop the skills and knowledge necessary to manage and overcome the effects of substance use.

Through a variety of activities and discussions, participants will explore their triggers for substance use and identify strategies to avoid or manage them. Additionally, the program will cover topics such as the risks and consequences of substance use, healthy coping strategies, and communication skills. We will provide a safe and supportive environment where participants can share their experiences and learn from one another. We will plan for our future and the next steps we want to focus on to step onwards. Our goal is to equip participants with the tools and knowledge they need to make positive changes in their lives.

At Care Squared Connect, we believe in tracking progress and providing tangible evidence of success. Once a participant has completed the program, we provide a summary letter that outlines the progress they have made along the way. This summary letter serves as a record of their successes and provides them with a way to reflect on the progress they have made. We are dedicated to providing the best possible experience for our participants and are committed to helping them track their progress.
