Occupational Therapists

Our occupational therapists work with you to improve your independence. Care Squared psychologists will help you enhance your mental health and develop goals for your future wellbeing. We also provide behavioural intervention and support and offer a wide range of treatments for mental health conditions and other challenges like stress management and problem-solving. We can also help you with: anxiety, depression, autism spectrum disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder, substance use problems, learning disorders, and intellectual or cognitive difficulties.

Rehabilitation Counsellors

Care Squared’s expert rehabilitation counsellors provide counselling and case management services. Our goal is to assist you to live independently and access services within their community. We have specialised skills in workplace, occupational and vocational rehabilitation to help you obtain and retain employment.

Physiotherapists & Exercise Physiologists

Care Squared physiotherapists are experts in movement and balance. We help people of all ages, and with different conditions, to take part in the community and be more independent. We work with you to create your individual treatment, or conditioning, plan and work closely with other health workers to help you manage more complex needs. Our friendly exercise physiologists work with you to manage your health and fitness. As your fitness and physical strength improve, the more opportunities you will have to participate in activities and increase your independence.


Our friendly and caring dietitians work with you to manage diet for health and wellbeing. We work with you to improve your health, wellbeing, and independence through dietary assessment, food choices and preparation and can also provide guidance on nutritional supports.
