• Care Squared Futures Program

Practical career support for school leavers and people with disabilities, helping you develop real skills for real opportunities

As a prequalified provider for the Specialist Allied Health and Behaviour Supports Scheme, we work with teachers, parents, and educational support staff to assess, plan, and implement interventions and programs that help students achieve their personalised learning plan and capacity building goals (in their school environment).

Our services are tailored to the needs of your school and individuals, and include:

1. Assessments: including diagnostic, cognitive, intellectual, and behavioural assessments help to determine the appropriate support and interventions needed for individual students, and specific cohorts.

2. Intervention: working with your staff to design and deliver intervention plans, tailored to each student’s needs (both individual and group settings).

3. Consultation and training: We provide training and guidance to teachers and school staff on strategies to support students with challenges.  Through collaboration, we aim to support inclusive learning, providing recommendations for accommodations, and offering insights into alternative ways to address the student’s needs in the school environment.

4. Inclusion Education Support: Assist teachers in adapting curriculum and learning environment to meet the diverse needs of all students, ensuring that those with disabilities or challenges can fully participate in classroom activities.

5. Parent support:  Where appropriate, we work with parents and guardians to provide information and strategies to support their child’s development and learning at home.
